Your job will be overseen by a dedicated Project Director. They will ensure a detailed plan broken down into milestones and constituent tasks with assigned responsibilities, and realistic timelines.
We will work with you to establish clear timelines and expectations of what is required for your unique circumstances. Timelines will be measured against the agreed objectives, and deviations addressed before too much buffer time is eroded. Meetings will be booked at a frequency you’re comfortable with.
Pre-project identification of risks and determining why things can go wrong helps effective mitigation.
Communication of progress will be shown through complete transparency of your project progress, changes, and any issues that may arise. Time spent early on the project saves a lot later on, so we’ll push to talk to all the related trades as early as possible.
